This adds an HTTP server which exposes a route
/attest/:input_datawhich takes 64 bytes input data as hex, and returns an attestation with that input data.Also included is an HTTP client which will verify an attestation from a dummy HTTP attestation server
This is for testing the attestation generation and verification separately from the proxy functionality. This should not be used in production as it provides an attestation oracle which is very bad security.
